Law and jurisprudence
We are private research agents, more commonly known as detectives, and authorized agents in the search for evidence and information. We intervene according to the provisions of the articles 1984 and 2010 of the civil code, for the prevention and reparation of a prejudice.

We are governed by law no 2003-239 of March 18 2003 published in J.O. n° 66 of 2003.03.19, page 4761, section 102, title II, subsection 20 to 33, which abrogates previous texts.

An estimate is established upon examination of the file, during a preliminary interview. The agreement results in the opening of a contract. At the termination of this contract, a report may be delivered and usable in a judicial process.
